The layout was sound. Most changes were aesthetic, guided by designer Jamie Nusser of J Designs toward something eclectic, vibrant, and entirely livable.
A former gym on the lowest level became a movie room anchored by a deep conversation-style sofa and a postmodern work that sets the tone for the rest of the house.
Art drives the interior. A Hunt Slonem yellow and azure leopard anchors the living room, while graffiti-inspired pieces find their place in the bunk room. White oak paneling runs throughout, warm enough to ground the color without dulling it. Custom furniture sits low and plush, arranged to carve distinct zones from an open great room while keeping the flow easy.
